Featured Project – MLS Helps Teradata Reduce Lighting Costs by 40% at new San Diego Flagship Location

Project Summary

As the flagship for 120 locations worldwide, the offices at Teradata’s San Diego campus needed to establish their new design aesthetic. To accomplish this, the changes required extensive building improvements. The project spanned two buildings, more than 60,000 square feet and was to be completed in fourteen weeks or less.

Working with property management firm Cushman & Wakefield, alongside Gensler Design and Turner Construction, Monterey Lighting Solutions coordinated the lighting solutions aspect of the project with transparency and efficiency from day one. The collaboration and effective communication between construction partners throughout the design and construction phases helped reduce costs, avoid delays, and mitigate potential problems, resulting in the project being delivered on time at a cost savings of 40% for lighting and controls.
